Carrie A. Becker is the Consulting Director of the foundation.

Carrie Becker has served as the Executive Director/CEO of the World Neurology Foundation since 2006. Dr. Becker focused her undergraduate research and degree program on neuroscience, and subsequently attained M.A. and Ph.D. degrees in Physiological and Developmental Psychology at Harvard University. Prior to working with the WNFO, she served for six years as Program Associate to Dr. Theodore Munsat in his tenure as Education Committee Chair of the World Neurology Foundation, assisting in providing educational resources for neurology programs in 40 low resource countries. In addition to her work in international neurology, Dr. Becker provides program and revenue development and strategic planning consulting to several clients in the United States, and is Adjunct Professor of Cognitive Psychology at Castleton College in Castleton, Vermont.
